JOIN US for a very early start to the weekend as we commence the final, official countdown to 2002, Tuesday, December 18th, 2001, from 6:00-9:00pm at the latest addition to the Arlington pub scene, Gaffney's Oyster and Ale House in Ballston!

This is a casual midweek event where people who've bought tickets online can pick them up and have a few drinks—and where people who just want to hang out can stop by too! We'll be in the Tap Room and domestic bottled beer, Coors Light draft, Gaffney's Red draft, house wine, and rail drinks are all $1.95 until 7:00pm, so get there early! Food specials will also be available.

$100 New Year's Eve tickets will be on sale (cash preferred), but if you wish to pay by credit card we strongly recommend you buy them online at http://www.regonline.com?4781 from your home or office computer before 4:00pm because we may or may not be able to have a computer available onsite (although teams of SCP technicians are working around the clock on this problem). Tickets purchased online after 4:00pm may not be available for pick-up at the event.

Gaffney's is located next to Rio Grande at 4301 North Fairfax Drive, Arlington, Virginia 22203, just a block and a half away from Metro's Ballston-MU Station (Orange Line) and Xando. Covered parking is available at the Colonial Parking garage under Rio Grande and street parking at meters is available throughout the area (no coins required after 6:30pm). Or you may park for $1 at Ballston Common Mall (3 blocks away).
