Join us at our final stop before New Year's Eve as our countdown
to 1-9-9-9 continues! Saturday afternoon is for returning all
those loud ties and sweaters you'll never wear. This Saturday
NIGHT is for partying with us!
This event features
o NO SCP COVER CHARGE (our events are for
fun or for charity --- NOT for profit!)
o APPETIZERS AVAILABLE UNTIL 11:00PM
o Private bar, lounge, and pool tables
o $3 domestic beers and $4 rail drinks
This will be your last chance to meet other friends going to
The Party and enjoy the balance of a computer-glitch free year
over a few beers.
Thanks again to those of you who made it to Rhodeside Grill
November and Clarendon Grill after Gold Cup! So far this year
we've raised nearly $4,000 for the Campagna Center (please

Our event THIS SATURDAY (12/26) continues the countdown to our
big black tie event on New Year's Eve with Gonzo's Nose (see
http://www.scp.org/band.html) at the Ritz-Carlton.
The Main Event is black tie optional and features a full, open
bar, hors d'ouevres by the award-winning culinary geniuses of
the Ritz-Carlton, the hip, eclectic party and dance music of
regional favorites, Gonzo's Nose, and the five-star banquet
space and room accommodations of the Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City.

Formed to promote community events, the SCP is a 501(c)(7) non-
profit, non-stock Virginia corporation, and event proceeds benefit
charity. Past SCP events have been held at the Andrew W. Mellon
Auditorium, McLean Gardens, Mike Bakers, Hotel Washington,
Starboard (Dewey Beach), Thompsons Boat House, Rhodeside Grill,
Music City Roadhouse, King Pepper, Tortilla Coast, Head's,
Clarendon Grill, the National Museum of Women in the Arts, and
America at Union Station. Before that? We were in the `rents'
basement!
