Certain occasions are worth celebrating in grand style. Many holidays serve to bind the family, but no other binds together the larger community of friends like New's Year's Eve. In addition to the balloon drop, the din of noisemakers, the countdown, and general rowdiness, ushering in a new year en masse with friends new and old is an act of collective hopefulness and a toast to progress made in the year past. This year we will be returning to our very successful 1999 venue, America at Union Station—how's that for patriotic? Incredible scenery and backdrops, great food, and quick bartenders.
Lodging will again be at the
charmingly restored and conveniently located Phoenix Park Hotel. Our group
rate is $119 for single or double occupancy (plus tax and gratuity).

Driving things along on the dance floor will be this year's band,
Groove Spot, a highly-acclaimed party band out of Richmond featuring a
